Registration
IMPORTANT: the conference including stay at the Grand Hyatt is fully booked. If you want to register for the conference now, a different hotel near the Grand Hyatt will be organised for you. Different conditions may apply.
To register for the WCCRC 2010 please download the Fax Registration Form (on the right side). You can fill it out electronically. Print out clearly and ensure that the form is completed in full. Please fax the registration form to +49 611 9278-8128. After receiving the completed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation. After we successfully debit your credit card we will send you a Payment Confirmation.
Registration Fees
Delegate Registration: EUR 1,500 + EUR 285 (VAT) = EUR 1,785 (until 15th June 2010) "Advantageous"
Delegate Registration: EUR 1,676 + EUR 319 (VAT) = EUR 1,995 (until 31st July 2010) "Early Bird"Delegate Registration: EUR 1,950 + EUR 371 (VAT) = EUR 2,321 (after 1st August 2010) "Regular"
Guest Registration: EUR 560 + EUR 106 (VAT) = EUR 666 (for registering delegates' spouses and / or partners)
If three or more delegates register from the same organisation and payment for all registering delegates will occur in one total amount, we offer a discounted registration fee. Please provide us with respective information on the registration form (comment box).
Cancellation Policy
If a person cancels in writing prior 31st July 2010 he/she will be refunded the full registration fee after a EUR 50.00 administrative charge. If a person cancels in writing between 1st August - 31st August 2010 he/she will be refunded half of the registration fee after a EUR 50.00 administrative charge. If a person cancels in writing after 1st September 2010 he/she will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded.

Additional Hotel Rooms
Those who are registering for the WCCRC 2010 and need additional nights either before or after the conference are asked to send an E-Mail including all specific dates and names of the delegates to wccrc2010@schufa.de.
There is a special conference room rate available after the conference. The availability of additional rooms either before or after the conference depend on the booking situation at the hotel. Currently, the hotel is fully booked on Wednesday, 29th of September.
